Volunteer Positions

Visitor Gift Bag Program - Inserting gift products into the visitor gift bags. Must be 16 years old or older in this role. Shift is available Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1 only.
Front Foyer Floaters - Greeting visitors, distributing gift bags, sending the visitors to the ticket purchase area or e-ticket scan and handing out festival programs. Monitoring the exit and conducting exit surveys, etc.
Wine Tasting Pavilion - Assisting glass handling, ice and water services in the Wine/Beer Tasting Pavilion. Must be 19 years old or older in this role.
Grapes & Hops Stage - Set, clear and re-set the seminar tables with glassware and pour wine. Must be 19 years old or older in this role.
Stage Hand - Assisting the stage manager in preparing all the items needed for the presentations. Duties also include cleaning the stages afterwards (i.e. washing the dishes and pots).
